All electronic information is stored on our computer systems securely. We utilise secure certificates and under industry protections on our systems. A username and password is needed to access this information. All paper-based information is also stored securely in locked rooms. We will dispose all your information upon your request.

You can ask to access the information we have collected by sending an email to our data protection officer ( contact@caretips.co.uk ). We aim to acknowledge your request within 48 working hours. Your data will be processed within 28 days.

We require you to provide information such as your name, address, business and any other key demographics as part of your enrolment. This information is used to support your registration or correspondence with the CQC.
