Caretips is a company that helps with CQC Registration. We are an initiative to support care providers to meet their compliance requirements and preside over safe effective services. We support with mentoring, consultancy, coaching and training as we put your needs at the heart of our services.
We are an organisation that has both experience of working in a number of care sectors that include the NHS, Local Authorities, Private and voluntary. Our aim is to provide value for money services and empower you to maximise your resources and skills. The heart of our service is to be ethical, empower and enhance your delivery to your end users and workforce.
Caretips aims for excellence by working in partnership with all people who use our services. Your success is our success. We ensure your confidentiality and will respect your mission statement. Our workforce is composed of people who are or have been registered managers, social workers, critical care nurses, health and care NVQ assessors and internal quality assurers and consultants in public health.
Caretips has a team that is well versed with the regulations of the CQC and other areas. You should not just worry about being a registered provider, you need to ensure that you fully comply with all applicable regulators and legislations. For example, health and safety, environmental health, safe recruitment, valuation office and local authority requirements. We also encourage you to take a holistic outlook when it comes to dealing with all regulators.
Ensure that your business is also operating ethically and in good faith. Stay away from any activities that might imply modern day slavery. Ensure at least minimum wages are paid and all your affairs with the HMRC ad pension office are in order. Complaints to the CQC regarding bad debt can trigger an investigation regarding your financial heath. Remember the CQC have the power to appoint interim management when there are serious failings.
Our team will be able to assist you with your application to offer regulated services from start to finish. We however want you to be as independent as possible in order to remain in full control. It is not a good idea to rely 100% on third parties especially when dealing with the CQC as this might have an impact on your own understanding of roles and responsibilities. Caretips will always support you to fully understand the whole process and procedures.
Our aim is to provide as much information as possible to allow you to make informed decisions. By being actively involved in all matters about your orgnisation will also save you some money as Caretips will only bill for the work we have carried out. We will not provide you an overinflated inclusive price for everything. We would rather work in partnership with you to build on your strengths.
