Domiciliary Care Policy and Procedures

Care Policies and Procedures

On sale are some domiciliary care polices and procedures to assist with your CQC Registration and Compliance. These professionally written policies are designed to be easily customised to contain your ethos and values. All our homecare policies reflect current standards and have been created by a team of experienced consultants.

Our domiciliary policies are not made up of some cut and paste polices which are on the market which have ended up being troublesome when engaging with CQC either due to containing inappropriate references, missing information and focusing on the wrong context. Polices designed for nursing homes, child care services, supported living will not automatically be suitable for domiciliary home care.

One the reasons registration is refused is due to policies and procedures which are not fit for purpose. Some applications have been refused in full at the point of application for reasons such as not fully addressing CQC regulations. The CQC have even gone to the extent of determining such applications as as not true and accurate therefore unsafe, lacking suitable and management and governance.

It is important you truly know and believe in your policies. You cannot afford having policies that do not reflect the information you have already supplied as part of your application. For example providing polices reflecting a children's setting when applying for adult care.

Who are these home care policies for?

Are you stark with the array of policies required by the CQC to demonstrate compliance? This is the DNA of your organisation which outlines how everything works. There will be an expectation to demonstrate how you are safe, manage risks, promote good practice and respond effectively to the challenges of your care business. Good care policies and procedures will assist your staff to know and understand their roles and responsibilities. The people who use your services will also be reassured regarding how your services work and will know what to do if this falls short.

How Caretips will meet your needs for Social Care Policies?

Caretips will work with you to craft your domiciliary policies and procedures to fit in with your vision and brand.

They have to make sense to you and your business. The cost of our policies is £265.
