We will support you with developing your own mandatory training courses. Our course development will be evidence-based taking into account any feedback, needs, standards, and regulations. We will assist you to implement the same or higher quality assurance standards deployed by colleges and regulated training providers.

Caretips will assist you with making sure your training is credible, customised and meets the same standards as the highly priced solutions offered by third parties. You also have the option of having your courses accredited if you wanted an additional layer of quality assurance.

Where you worry about lack of competency or other aspects such as conflict of interest, we can step in to address this. Depending on your needs and wishes our involvement can be a one-off or on-going. You can also choose for us to carry out quality assurance where we can observe your trainers, sample course work, provide feedback and reports.
